While the event, we will entertain your guests with a live cooking show with a 5 course dinner including two appetizers, a homemade pasta, a main course and a dessert. This dinner menu is the perfect combination for your experience. 

Nonna Francesca arrives with a luggage stuffed with ladle, pans, firstlings, and the historical family recipes book. This book is a manuscript where the secrets of the traditional cuisine are collected, a huge diary that, first her grandmother, then her mother, and now her, have upgraded with care. Three generations of homemade preparations, consequence of a tradition that mixes scents like ocean, citrus fruit, and the fresh Sicilian air. Our basket is full of delicacies and excellent products made in a sustainable way, that is why we choose local producers.

Nonna Francesca is a real Italian Nonna, now living in Miami, and makes up everything from scratch. Your guest will be gladly surprised with the fresh pasta which will be made an hour before in your kitchen.

The dessert is an important component of our menu because we also make it from starch from developing the ingredients to the final product. For example, we make the Ricotta Cheese (from milk) for our homemade Cannoli, and the Mascarpone (from whipped cream) and the Lady Fingers for our signatureTiramisu. Homemade means unique and this is the kind of experience we offer.
