Fiasconaro is one of the most beloved Italian Dove Cake brands founded in 1953 in Castelbuono, Sicily. The founder, Mario Fiasconaro, started it off as an ice-cream shop and a bakery. However, soon, the brand became one of the pioneers of fabled Italian confections, such as Dove Cake made with a signature Sicilian recipe.
