Fiasconaro is one of the most beloved Italian Dove Cake brands founded in 1953 in Castelbuono, Sicily. The founder, Mario Fiasconaro, started it off as an ice-cream shop and a bakery. However, soon, the brand became one of the pioneers of fabled Italian confections, such as Panettone made with a signature Sicilian recipe.

With its soft, almost buttery texture, Fiasconaro’s classic Italian Pandorato Dove Cake makes a lip-smacking accompaniment to a cup of your favorite coffee (preferably Cappuccino or Espresso), tea, and hot chocolate.
